We proudly deliver across India, ensuring that your favorite plants and décor reach your doorstep in perfect condition, wherever you are.

All our orders are shipped through Delhivery, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

3. Processing Time

 

 

 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

 

During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

 

 

 

Once dispatched, orders usually reach customers within 9–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

 

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

5. Shipping Charges

 

 

 

Shipping fees are location-based and calculated at checkout according to your delivery address.

 

You’ll see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.

6. Packaging & Plant Care

•Each plant is carefully packed using eco-friendly and protective materials to ensure it reaches you fresh and damage-free.

• Pots, planters, and accessories are securely cushioned to prevent any breakage during transit.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

You can track your order’s status anytime through the provided tracking number.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

We ensure top-quality packaging, but if your plant or product arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

For delays, we’ll assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier partner until your package arrives safely.

10. Exceptions & Unforeseen Delays

NABATAT is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Unreachable customers at the time of delivery
